The website, which was built in-house by Harcourts’ technology team, was redesigned following the rapid growth of The Harcourts Foundation across Australia and New Zealand, and its expansion to South Africa and the USA.
Jason Wills, Chief Information Officer of Harcourts International, says the most significant feature of the new website is the ability for people to access it on any mobile device.
“This is an important feature that was missing from our previous website,” Mr Wills said.
“The Harcourts Foundation is one of Harcourts’ most important elements so it was critical that we developed a website that reflected this,” Mr Wills added.
Established in August 2008, The Harcourts Foundation aims to provide financial support that helps, grows and enriches local communities, and has received over to $2.2 million in donations to date.
All funds have been raised by dedicated Harcourts team members and clients in the form of fundraising events, auctions, workplace giving, individual donations or ‘off the top’ giving (an amount from the sale of each property).
