Imbewu Community VolunteersThis organisation runs a sports development program for the underpriviledged, and their purpose is to initiate and coordinate sustainable participative projects. They work with the local communities in the Nelson mandela Metro Municipality areas to create conditions which enable children, youth and women to envision their future for equal opportunities, encouraging social empowerment and promoting responsible citizenship. The children are fed after sports every day as this is sometimes the only meal they have and they learn to participate in all social areas in their lives which helps prevent crime in the area as children become more responsible. The funds were used to purchase much needed equipment reuqired for the 2014 sports programme. |

PADCA Riverside HomePADCA Riverside Park Home is a 106 bed, stand-alone, 24 hour frail care home. 48 of the beds make up the psycho-geriatric unti which cares for moderate to severe demential and alzheimer's sufferers. These funds went towards the purchase of two special beds which can be raised ord lowered to nearly floor level, and will enable the home to give the residents a higher level of care. |

Feed the Babies FundFeed the Babies Fund has been operating since 1957 in Kwazulu Natal. They provide formulated mealie meal cereal to varius beneficiareis, and provide meals to approximately 8000 children daily. This organisation works in a community context that is well below the poverty line. They work in 230 creches providing cereal, food and other resources and support the creches, where possible, to become self-sustaining. |

SAVF MamelloSAVF Mamello Centre is an informal settlement with 0,000 dwellers. Their purpose is to look after and feed 230 children for fice days per week. They also provide formal training during school holidays. A building was recently built to prepare food for the children. |

Anchors Away VillageAnchors Away Village creates a home environment for the intellectually challenged by providing a centre where adults can reside, work and socialise. The centre provides an unthreatening environment and aims to assist and guide those in care. The work rovided gives the members a sense of disgnity. Sproting activities are ongoing and members are encouraged to take part in local events. |

Sozo FoundationThe Sozo Foundation creates a safe and healthy living environment for vulnerable families in the area. They also assist with rebuilding family relationships and building relationships within the community. Furthermore, they create employment through skills development and training. The donated money will be used to restore one home by repairing basics such as windows, flooring, painting, electricity, bedding, furniture and sanitation, while providing employment and skills training to unemployed young men of the community. |
