They act as an agent for change, by providing employment through the CRG retail network (Pasadena Green and Frewville), mentoring and personal development programs that contribute towards a fulfilling, independent and happy life. The programs involve communications skills, work etiquette, personal hygiene, etc. that is often assumed in life but often not modeled.
